To cancel or reschedule a service, please call us at least two hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. There is no fee for cancellations as our team occasionally must reschedule based on weather conditions. Payment Policy: All payments must be made upon completion of the job either by check or cash. If we have not received your payment within thirty days of the invoice issue date, we will send you an email reminder. If we have not received your payment within forty-five days, we will require a fifty percent down payment on future work.
